To become a Secret Agent you have to be 30 days on Club Penguin, if you are 30 days, click the “M” On the right top corner and take the quiz, here are the answers:

When you finish the Quiz you receive and Spy Phoneand a message congratulating you on becoming a agent! You will be able to access the HQ located on the Sport Shop Dressing Room and you get paid each month for being a sercet agent! see:

BONUS: If you or a friend have the game called “Club penguin elite force” (for the nintendo ds) you can go on it put in your penguins name and password then you give the penguin some coins FROM THE GAME and upload the lowest you can upload is 50 coins so after you do so go in the HQ look all the way to the right that is a door that opens and stairs come out!! crazy right? lol well you go in and there is a BIG table and LOTS of chairs. There is some thing you can do click the TV for a different channel and things like that. Cool right? Here is a picture of the room and the game:
